Annual Report (2015 - 16)


Our mission is to work towards improving the academic standards of the students by at least 50% in the next five years, by introducing interactive teaching methodologies and takes the responsibility to sensitize them towards the society by assigning them social science projects like Organization of a 10 days literacy Camp, preparation of a garbage disposal plan of your colony; which will give them firsthand experience of the problems of the society.

In AISSCE 2015-16,Ms.Pooja Patel of Commerce secured 95% and Master Yogesh Patel of Science secured 82.8% and became the topper of the school in their respective streams. In AISSE 2015-16, Master AmanSavariagot 9.8 CGPA and Ms.RichiKumari and Ms.Rashi Sharma got 9.4 CGPA. The school congratulates the above scholars for their significant performance and wishes all success in life.

In 6th SOF, International English Olympiad (level one)

1. ShresthKachhwaha of Class-I got State Rank-15

All these students received Medal of Excellence from SOF for their achievement.
Scholastic Program:

We follow the CCE system devised by CBSE.This evaluation is based on a scholastic performance, leading to the all round development of the child. Under this scheme, the scholastic part is evaluated by the Formative and Summative Assessment of their performance in core subjects.
        In the first semester, we had conducted two Formative Assessments FA1 & FA2 administering variety of tools namely class tests, quiz, projects, PowerPoint Presentation, seminars etc and on Summative Assessment, SA1 in the month of September.
      In the second semester, 2nd round tests and other assessmentsare being conducted as a part of two Formative Assessments FA3 & FA4. Summative Assessment SA2 was conducted in the month of March. Remedial coaching is undertaken for the students on need basis. The Kids of Kinder garden enjoy the play way, fun filled activity based learning. Assessments are also carried out periodically to evaluate their learning skills.


The success is also the combined effort of the teachers whose supreme art is to awaken joy in creative expression and knowledge.We are fortunate to have a cadre of nearly 40 teachers, well trained, well experienced, dedicated and capable of fulfilling the demands of the growing modern generation of students. Apart from the various core subject teachers, we have an enthusiastic team of co-curricular activity teachers for Physical Education, Music,Dance, Yoga, Arts& Crafts. This helps in exploring and nurturing the innate talents and skills of our promising students, We also have a team of 15 supporting staff which includes clerical staff, lab staff and security.

Staff Enrichment Program:

Staying updated is the key to success in any field, especially in the field of education. Our teachers constantly strive to stay updated, by attending workshops and various training programmes. They are as follows.

Parents Teacher Meeting (PTM):

The school conducts PTM almost every month. This helps the teachers and the management to keep a track of students overall performance.

School Cabinet:

Master Surya Prakash Yadav and Ms.PoojaPatel were elected as the Head Boy and Head Girl of the school in a democratic way.

Annual Sports Day:

The Annual Athletic Meet was held in the month of December. The programme started with the lighting of lamp followed by themarch fast by four different houses. The day witnessed an outstanding performance by our students participating in various events. Students proved their caliber in the field of sports and showed sportsmen spirit. The winners were awarded and praised. Yellow House got the Best House Award at the end.

Guidance and counseling:

Special interest is taken to diagnose the academic backwardness of children in various areas. We have made arrangements for counseling students along with their parents if needed, helping them out with proper counseling and remedial education. Our School gives importance to the moral and spiritual development of the students.

GCo-curricular Activities:

The school concentrates on the holistic development of the students and in this regard following co-curricular activities had been organized at school level:
